OptoScale measures fish precisely and continuously, providing reliable insight into health, growth and welfare. Symptoms, behaviour and health parameters are registered automatically using AI. Sea lice are counted daily with high precision, providing a solid basis for informed decisions in fish health and welfare. The result is fresh, structured data available directly in our user-friendly web portal.

We are now looking for an ambitious Product Manager Health & Lice to set direction and take end-to-end ownership for solutions that truly matter, across welfare and sea lice control.

About the role

As Product Manager, you are responsible for developing solutions that create value for our customers. You will be part of an outward-facing product team, report to our CPO, and work closely with customers and teams across product, engineering, data science, biology and customer-facing functions.

The role covers both current and next-generation solutions — including deeper insight into fish behaviour, prediction of sea lice development, and technology that supports documentation and research in fish health and welfare. You ensure that technology, biology and customer value are closely connected where it matters most.

You will contribute by:

• Prioritising input and insights to increase value

• Translating customer and internal needs into product improvements

• Analysing data to identify opportunities and guide decisions

• Leading development from idea phase to launch and further improvement

• Creating alignment and progress across stakeholders

Who we are looking for

You may be a fish health professional with technical curiosity, or a technical expert with an interest in biology. Relevant experience and strong domain understanding can be as valuable as formal education.

Norwegian language skills are a strong advantage in this role.
