Our Bioscope is a cutting-edge computer vision system for aquaculture, delivering unique data and insights on fish health, lice, and biomass. With this knowledge, farmers can make smarter decisions that strengthen both profitability and sustainability. The technology works, the demand is there – and we want you to make sure more farmers benefit from it.

The Role
As Senior Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in our next growth phase. In this role you'll:
- Take responsibility for the end-to-end sales process – from first meeting to signed agreement.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with fish farmers in Norway and abroad.
- Understand customer needs and show how our data and analysis create real value.
- Work closely with our CCO on priorities and share insights that shape our future development.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being out with customers, listening, and creating long-term partnerships. You’ll have freedom in how you work, and the difference you make will be visible.
You can choose to work from Trondheim or Bergen.

About you
You thrive on building relationships and turning conversations into lasting partnerships. You listen more than you talk, and you ask the right questions. You also understand that fish farming is a long-cycle business, and you have the persistence to stay motivated even when decisions take time.
