At OptoScale, you can monitor the development of fish underwater while comfortably seated in the office, at home, or wherever suits you best. We develop groundbreaking technology for aquaculture and are now looking for fish health technicians to be key contributors to our annotation team. By joining us, you can focus on fish health in a flexible part-time role.
Your role:
As part of our annotation team, you will:
- Analyze images of salmon and trout, marking important health indicators like wounds, lice, and other welfare parameters.
- Contribute to improving our machine learning models with your knowledge and experience in aquaculture.
- Participate in regular meetings and workshops to review tasks and gain professional insights with the rest of the team.
We believe you can contribute if you:
- Have experience with salmon or trout and are interested in aquaculture.
- Have experience in lice counting, health or quality controls, or other relevant fish health experience.
- Are meticulous, responsible, and patient, with the ability to maintain focus over time.
- Wish to actively contribute to development and collaboration within the annotation team.
